Keeping Our Hospital Safe During COVID-19 Outbreak

We are taking added precautions to keep our clients and employees safe.

The safety of our staff members and clients is a priority at Buffalo Small Animal Hospital and it is important that our hospital remains open to serve the needs of our pet community.

We are doing our part as best we can during these times and are staying updated accordingly, as new information continues to come out.

We offer curbside drop-off and pick-up upon request.

Precautions we have implemented:

  • Social distancing in exam rooms with staff and clients

  • Requesting clients to wait in car or go home while diagnostics are happening at hospital

  • Having clients who are healthy and do not have symptoms sanitize their hands

  • Reduced number of staff working in hospital.

  • Reduced volume of clients coming in.

  • Janitorial services after hours.

  • There will be a screening process over the phone prior to your appointment. We will continue to provide instructions related to your appointment and arrival.

  • Disinfecting exam rooms and common reception area after clients leave. If we don’t have a clean exam room available please be prepared to wait outside or in your vehicle.
